Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I go about signing up or seeing if I’d be interested?
Simply shoot me an email at FitForFashionStPete @ gmail.com letting me know what class(es) you’d be interested in. Everyone receives a complimentary session where you can try out a Boot Camp to see if it’s something you’d be interested in.
Is there a membership fee? How does the payments work?
There is no membership fee. Instead you pay in packages – depending upon how many times you’d like to come in each week.
Boot Camp/Group Fitness Class Packages
(This includes: Boot Camps & Body Sculpting):
4 classes: $30.00 (1x/week)
8 classes: $45.00 (2x/week)
12 classes: $60.00 (3x/week)
Unlimited classes for 30 days: $85.00
Yoga Lates Class:
$8.00 per class
Zumba Class:
$5.00 per class
Can I keep my packages forever?
I ask that you utilize your package within a 1-month time span; so if you purchase 8 classes on March 15th – you will need to complete those sessions by April 15th or else you forfeit the left-overs. Unless there is a vacation or an unforeseen circumstance. You are not allowed to transfer your sessions over to anyone else.
What is the difference between Advanced and All Level Boot Camp?
Advanced Boot Camp are primarily for those who have been training with me for at least 1 month. This Boot Camp session moves much quicker than the others and includes more complex moves. If you feel like you are able to keep up in a higher paced class, simply let me know and we can arrange for a mini-consultation to make sure you won’t hurt yourself.
What is “Boot Camp” anyways?!!
Boot Camp involves: circuit training, interval training, minor strength training, minimal running, sprint drills and very innovative techniques that will keep your heart rate up — At times, I’ll put together relays, or bring in “odd” items for you to work out with. We utilize the infamous “300-lb” tire for step-ups and flipping at times. You certainly will not be bored. However, PLEASE make certain that we are aware of any body injuries so that we can lead you effectively.
What if I’m not ready to work out with others? Are there other options?
Yes! I have plenty of 1-on-1 clients and “small private groups” consisting of 3-4 women who already know one another. For details regarding these types of sessions – simply email me!
