FAQ:
How do I get started with the Boot Camps?
If you’re comfortable with coming into the Studio and utilizing your free complimentary session – then simply take a look at our schedule, pick a boot camp that says “all-level” and come on in. If you’re a little more uncomfortable, then send me over an email to FitForFashionStPete@gmail.com and we can schedule a seperate trial to get you acquainted with the feeling of what a Boot Camp is to us!
What do I need to bring to Boot Camp?
You simply need to bring the following: water, large towel and yourself. If you forget water or run out of yours, we always have extras, so no worries. The only other thing that I require is PROPER FOOTWEAR, you will want to make sure that you are wearing cross-training shoes to make sure that you don’t injure yourself. Absolutely NO sandals/flip flops, boots, or “shape up” shoes.
Is there a membership fee? How do the payments work?
There is no membership fee. Instead you pay in monthly packages. We do offer discounts if you want to pre-pay for three months. We set a 30-day expiration on most of the packages to encourage you to continue coming each week (and get into a routine); however, emergencies, vacations and such happen, so I created an “expiration extender” which is $10.00 & it will get you an additional 30 days to get through your sessions.
Can I keep my packages forever?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to utilize your sessions; unless you purchase two or more months at one time.
What is “Boot Camp” anyways?!!
Boot Camp involves: circuit training, interval training, minor strength training, minimal running, sprint drills and very innovative techniques that will keep your heart rate up — At times, I’ll put together relays, or bring in “odd” items for you to work out with. We utilize the infamous “300-lb” tire for step-ups and flipping at times. You certainly will not be bored. However, PLEASE make certain that we are aware of any body injuries so that we can lead you effectively.
Are men allowed in the Boot Camps?
Men are allowed in any of the classes EXCEPT for the following: Monday 6:00-7:00pm Bikini Blast Boot Camp, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00-8:00am Triple Threat, and Friday 6:00-7:00pm Pilates
What if I’m not ready to work out with others? Are there other options?
Yes! We have plenty of 1-on-1 clients and “small private groups” consisting of 3-4 women who already know one another. For details regarding these types of sessions – simply email me. We can schedule a trial session and then go through our schedules afterwards. Popular groups: Bridal Boot Camp, Sisters, Family, Couples, etc …
Challenge Information & Photo Shoot Sneak Peeks
Every few months we choose to have a challenge that will give you motivation to work extra hard. These challenges come along with great prizes and there are different ways to win (not just by weight loss, so anyone can join!) There is typically a fee to enter the challenge (so it’s not required). In addition to the challenges, we have Photo Shoots for you to show off your hard work. We have two types of shoots (1) Main group photos with Greg Deese & (2) Inimate Girls Night Out Photos with EA Expressions (Anna Caradonna). Both of these photographers are amazing and have a knack for showing off your best assets. These are for the Fit For Fashion clients.
