Fitness Schedule

To get started, simply check out the schedule below — figure out what works BEST for your schedule and then shoot me over an email. We can then set up a time for either a consultation and/or a time for you to come TRY OUT a class for NO CHARGE. (For Pricing, please see FAQ)

 

 BOOT CAMP TIMES:

  

Mon/Wed/Fri AM: 6:00-7:00am and  7:00-8:00am

Tue/Thur AM: 5:30-6:30am

Saturday AM: 8:00-9:00am

These are all-level classes. Most of the exercises are “timed” so that those who are more advanced and/or a beginner can push themselves accordingly. In the 5:30-6:30am classes, we typically get in around 2-3 miles of running. Not all at one time, but total, whereas the others average 1-2 miles.

 Evening Classes  

Monday night, 7:15pm-8:15pm = Bikini Blast Boot Camp, this is a medium-level class. I encourage the attendees to have a consistent workout background since there is typically 2-3 miles worth of running mixed into the class along with interval training & fun drills.

 Wednesday Evening, 6:30-7:30pm EXTREME Boot Camp are for clients who have been approved already. This class is typically for clients who have attended at least 1 month of Boot Camps prior because it features non-stop action, sprinting, and more agility-type drills then all of my other Boot Camps. I challenge these clients to give it their all.

 Wednesday Evening, 7:30-8:30pm All-Level Boot Camp is the perfect beginner class for someone who wants to see what Boot Camp is all about. There is about 1-2 miles of running mixed into the class along with the same idea of interval training and fun drills like the other classes. There are a few more breaks given and resting periods. However, it is still a challenging class.

Thursday Evening, 7:30-8:30pm Physique Training is a more exclusive training session for clients who have been attending for at least three months time. There is only room for a maximum of five girls in this session and is currently full. However, there is a waiting list. This training session includes the use of heavier weights and more intense drills to work on the physique. These is limited cardio just major lifting! Hell-o muscles.

Friday Evening, 6:30-7:30pm Happy Hour Boot Camp is another beginner friendly Boot Camp that incorporates a more relaxed and social approach to exercising. It’s the perfect “end of the week workout” and “pre-party” exercise that will leave you feeling stress-free and good about yourself.

 

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:   

 ZUMBA, Instructor: Lora Hogan:  TUESDAY EVENINGS, 7:30-8:30pm

Body Sculpt: Instructor: Rebekah Reidy: SATURDAYS, 9:15am-10:30am

Use of: dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells along with your own bodies resistance to strengthen your body and create a lean sculpted physique; it’s in the style of a group fitness class and takes place inside the studio.

Yoga-Lates, Instructor: Nicky Virgin: TUESDAY EVENINGS, 6:00pm-7:15pm

 Flow-type yoga with challenging Pilates-type moves mixed in. Temperature set between 80-85 degrees to give a slight warmth to the class, but not too hot. Excellent lengthening and strength. You will not be dissapointed.

One-on-One, Buddy, and Small Private Group (3-5 people) Sessions are scheduled individually to suit the needs of the clients.

I’ve always been an athletic person…played Flag Football, Soccer, Tennis, and ran track all throughout High School.  With that said I’ve always been in decent shape.  Lately I took to running….absolutely love it and enjoyed how it made me feel and what it did for my body.  I reached a point where I was just losing weight (muscle and fat) but not getting toned….I needed something different….my body reached a plateau…That’s when I found Fit For Fashion… I started with the Hip Hop Dance class (with Kristen)…it was an absolute blast. I wasn’t good but it was a great workout and with such a fun group of girls you couldn’t feel embarassed.  I eventually found out about the Boot Camps that were offered and thought about how great it would be to incorporate that type of training into my normal exercise routine.  Well I’ve taken Boot Camp twice a week with the Hip Hop class and have seen great results.  My stomach’s flatter, I have visible abs for the first time in my life, my legs are toned, an most importantly I feel great about myself.  The classes are very focused but a lot of fun as well.  I have met some really great girls and look forward to going to the studio every week.  I can’t say enough about how happy I am that I found Rebekah and Fit For Fashion.
